Reservation Terms and Conditions:

For Special Events such as F1, Music Festivals, Fashion Week, Sports All-Star and Championship games, and Award Shows, there may be increased minimums and cancelation policies.

Estimate and Fare Calculation: All rates provided by BlackStar are estimates made based on information at time of reservation. Final charges for the trip are determined upon drop off and\or completion of the ride and will include any tolls, incidentals, parking and adjustments for wait time and extra stops if applicable. Airport transfers will charge for any stop over 15 minutes and wait time after 30 minutes. Hourly service is billed garage to garage. For expedited service (ASAP) bookings there will be a 10% minimum surcharge.

Cancellation Policy: Late Cancel fees vary based upon the original point of service, location and vehicle type for the reservation. Special Events, Music Festivals, Awards Shows and Hospitality have different cancelation policies noted on those reservations. For Reservations in California, BlackStar requires 8 hours cancellation prior to scheduled pick up on luxury sedans and SUVs to avoid a late cancellation charge of the estimated fare of the reservation.SUV and Luxury Sedans in North America outside of California require 24 hours cancellation. For larger vehicles such as Sprinters, Jet Sprinters, Mini-Coaches, Shuttles and Coaches, BlackStar requires 7 days cancellation as well as for all booking in Europe, Asia, Latin America. 

Special Events such as F1, Music Festivals, Fashion Week, Sports All-Star and Championship games, and Award Shows, there may be increased minimums. Please note that we do not offer departure transportation from concerts or sports events held at stadiums or arenas unless booked as an hourly charter with service to and from the event/game.

Travel Time: Travel time begins from the time the vehicle leaves the garage. 

Aviation: $18 will be charged for all commercial airport pick ups. All commercial airlines are curbside pick up, unless an inside meet and greet is requested. (+$17)  Private Aviation– Vehicles will be on location at FBO 30 mins prior to scheduled landing or earliest possible landing time window stated due to the nature of private aviation. Vehicles will not be released until aircraft have taken off. Greeter Service must be canceled 72 hours prior to reservation, other special airport services may have different cancelation policies. At select airports, oversized vehicles are restricted to curbside pick-up.. Our VIP greeter service will assist with luggage and escort your party directly to the awaiting Sprinter.

Wait Time: Airport Departures and Point to Point will incur wait time after the 15 minute grace period from the time of the reservations. Commercial Airport Arrivals will incur waiting 30 minutes for domestic flights and 1 hour for international flights from the time the aircraft has been marked as arrived. 

Early Morning \ Overnight: All reservations which have a pick up time between 00:00 Hrs – 07:00 hrs local time will incur an after hours fee of $25 for the chauffeur. 

Payments: All reservations must have a major credit card on file, the credit card will be charged for the estimated fare up to 14 days prior to the reservation, with any additional charges after the reservation is completed. 

Disclosures: BlackStar reserves the right to utilize other trusted transportation companies (affiliates)  with appropriate licensing and insurance. BlackStar team members will handle all of these reservation management with our vendors on behalf of our clients.  

BlackStar is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter. We will attempt to resolve the situation in a timely manner. If a resolution can not be made, the charter will be terminated at the time in which the breakdown occurred.  The client assumes full financial liability and responsibility for any damage to the vehicle caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. BlackStar and their representatives retain the right to cancel any charter due to abusive, dangerous or illegal behavior of the passengers in the party. Excessive cleaning fees will be charged for excessive debris, food, glitter left in the vehicle. Smoking fees $500 will be assessed for smoking and $750 for each burn to carpets or seats. Sanitation Fee of $750 for any spilled bodily fluids. BlackStar is not responsible for articles left in the vehicles. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity. By booking with BlackStar you consent to receive automated texts from our reservation system on the day of your reservation updating you on the status of your vehicle and providing you with chauffeur information. There may be a link to a website in the text which will show you the GPS position of your chauffeur. Standard SMS\MMS rates apply.
